My 70-something year old co-worker, who is simply an amazing cake decorator and I learn so much from her, made this $500 cake for a 15th birthday of a Mexican girl (Quinceañera)

We're having a prom show tomorrow, showing dresses, tuxes and flowers. They asked if I could make some wedding cakes to put on display as well, since their reasoning is that the girls 'will remember it for when they get married'. So, here goes:
